On the Level Websites

Let’s start your contractor website.

Tell us about your business and your website project. Call, text, email, or use the intake form. See the scope and price before work begins.

Your business

Business name

Your name

Years in business

License / insurance (if applicable)

Founding story, or what makes you different (optional, but good stuff)

Contact & hours

Give us at least one of these two, or we’ve got no way to get back to you.

Phone number

Hours, or how fast you answer

Services & area

What do you actually do?

Type whatever fits under each heading and leave the rest blank. Handymen — don’t hold back, list the lot.

Flooring

Masonry & Concrete

Outdoor & Landscaping

Cleaning & Specialty

Not seeing your trade up there? (optional)

You don’t have to be in the trades for us to build you a site — we build for anyone, attorneys to zookeepers. If that’s you, just tell us what you do.

Towns / areas you serve

Photos

Photos of your work (before/after are gold)

Don’t upload them here — email a batch to georgej@onthelevelwebsites.com once you’ve sent this form.

Photo of you and/or your team (optional — fine to skip)

Same address works for this one — georgej@onthelevelwebsites.com.

Trust builders

Google reviews (if you have any)

Yelp reviews (if you have any)

Facebook (optional)

Instagram (optional)

YouTube (optional)

TikTok (optional)

Look & feel

What look are you going for?

Not sure? That’s fine — have a look at our work, or just put “not sure, let’s talk it through.”

Seen a site you like? Drop the link (not a direct competitor in your area)

Colors you want, or want to avoid (optional)

Domain

Do you already own a domain?

Yes, I have one

No, need to get one

Domain name (the one you own, or what you’re thinking of)

Don’t have one yet? You’ll buy it yourself — GoDaddy is the easiest place to grab one, and it’s separate from what you pay us. Worth thinking about the name first though: a domain with your town or trade in it (like chicohandyman.com) gives a small, real boost for local search and reads as more trustworthy at a glance than one that’s just your last name. Not a huge factor these days, but easier to get right now than to change later.

How’d you hear about us?

Did someone send you? (they may be owed $100 from us — this doesn’t change your price, we just want to make sure they get paid)

Got a code? (from a video, ad, or partner — optional)

Anything else

Anything we didn’t ask about

What happens next

We get back to you — usually the same day, however you told us to reach you.
We build it — about a week once we’ve got your photos and logo.
You see it live before you pay a cent — changes carry on until you’re happy, and the first payment isn’t due until it’s up and working.

That’s everything we need to start your contractor website. Photos come by email — send a batch over once we’re talking.
